I worked in the advertising industry for 20 years where I came into contact with scores of companies. Over the years, I’ve learned that while most are incredibly good at what they do, they don’t truly realise the real difference they make to the lives of their customers. These companies miss the point and they miss out on an incredible bargaining chip they have with their clients. More importantly, they are missing out on the joy of knowing the profound value they create on a day to day basis. So not only do they leave money on the table, they neglect the opportunity to energise their people through the pride of purpose.
I am like a value detector. Through a systematic process, I help companies scan through themselves and their industries and sniff out the actual things that make them valuable. I have the objectivity to see the unspoken effect they create and I show them how to leverage it to form a stronger bond that leads to more trust, more loyalty and ultimately more revenue.
Through years of trial and error I noticed the communication efforts that have the best effect are not the most creative, but those that tug at strings which customers themselves are not even aware are there.
